Steps of Installation:

Step 1: Attach the long ends of the lashing straps to the 6 buckles on the top of the cargo bag. Step 2: Attach the short ends of the lashing straps to the cargo carrier. Step 3: If there is no exposed bar on the carrier, attach the short ends of the lashing straps to the carrier. Step 4: Pull the straps to tighten until the bag is securely attached.
